Tube/valve amplifier ratings are significantly different to solid state amplifiers.   Output can be better compared using Volt-Ampere ratings than Watts.   Watts are a rating of output power dissipated into a resistive load.  Loudspeakers are not such a load, they are a more or less a ‘reactive’ load so present amplifiers with dynamic changing demands in music reproduction.   A good guide to comparing power between solid state and tube/valve output power is three or four to one.  So a 10 Watt tube amp can be considered comparable to 35-40 Watt solid state or class D amplifier.
