A wonderful innovation from National, this M1 Tricone is unique and very beautiful; it has a Figured Maple body. Cool grille tricone soundports, t-bridge on an Antique Brass-finished coverplate goes to the three resonator cones. Ivoroid-bound Ebony fingerboard with dot inlays, Figured Maple neck. Gold and Red National Shield logo on a slotted headstock. Punch and power and infinite tricone sustain, and you are bathed in the warmth of tone similar to a wood bodied acoustic guitar. This is a very versatile instrument. Loads of power and richness. Huge sounding! Fantastic.
