The Cardax 950 was microphone of the month in March of 2020. This one is not near perfect but, for 70 years old, it’s a nice microphone. Even more amazing is that it still works, most crystals don’t. It has been and should continue to be kept in climate control as humidity is hard on the crystal element. Also rough handling could ruin the microphone so I can’t be responsible for what happens during shipping so it’s being sold AS IS. It’s working now and I will use extra care in packing so hopefully it will still be working when you get it. Don’t expect the crystal sound to be like modern microphones but, in 1950, they thought it was great. It comes with a good cable. The stand mount threads are still very good. All in all, a great find.
