This is a NEW B-stock item with minor cosmetic flaws that do not affect playability, sound, functionality or structural integrity. It is not a pre-owned item (see the definition of what B-stock means below).

The pictured flaws only represent the most noticeable blemishes, there may be additional minor flaws such as small scratches, scuffs, or dimples

There is no economy starter cable included with this item.

B-Stock items have minor cosmetic blemishes that were discovered during our set-up and inspection process. These are strictly cosmetic and do not affect the playability of the instrument. Many times, the blemish is so small you will have a hard time finding it with the naked eye.

B-Stock items carry a Full Mechanical Warranty, but since they are being sold as a B-Stock, they do not carry a Cosmetic Warranty. Only instruments with minor cosmetic blemishes are B-Stock. Instruments with greater issues will not be sold by Armadillo Enterprises (Dean Guitars, Luna Guitars, DDrum).

Note that case design and accent color may differ from the one pictured but is an authentic Gold Tone case.

Fanciers of the great pre-World War II tenor banjos from the Midwestern USA will certainly recognize this timeless look. The design of the Gold Tone TS-250 was inspired by the most popular vintage tenor banjo ever made. The TS-250 combines exceptional tone with exquisite appearance and features low playing action for easy chording and maximum speed. The authentic pot design carries a bell brass flathead tone ring, a one-piece flange and a fourteen-inch resonator. The full-range, nineteen-fret fingerboard features hearts and flowers inlay and is bound in white celluloid. Tuned CGDA (standard tenor banjo tuning). Available as left-handed model.
