This guitar is in overall good condition. The neck is straight and the frets show minimal wear. The electronics function properly and quietly. The pickup is a Schaller Western II that is wired through the end pin. There are some cosmetic blemishes and play wear typical of an instrument of this age. There are light scuffs/scratches on the top and back of the body. The top has a crack running near the top seam that has been repaired at some point in the guitar's life. There are small dings around the edge of the top. There are small dings on the bass side of the soundhole and toward the lower right corner. The back of the has some small dings near the bass side contour. Please reference the photos for physical condition, as they are part of the item description.

This guitar has been dated to Spring/Summer of 1983. This lovely L-27 was hand crafted in the Victoria, British Columbia workshop.
