The Guild Bisonic is one of the best sounding bass pickups and it's very rare to see one in a solid body! They are most commonly found on the hollowbody Starfire models. Here we have one in a Jetstar body, which is Guild's answer to the Gibson EB series. The later models have the humbucker which don't sound as good in my opinion. The pickup itself has a very clear, defined tone- the complete opposite of the Gibson "mudbucker" despite the similar appearance.

This is a very cool early 70's Guild bass built in the Westerly, RI factory. Comes complete with a funky The Who sticker and original hardshell case.
