These came from a New Old Stock Spare Lot of Spare parts ( a part from the meter and a couple of other single units like front plates Although most look  as new and the mechanical spares look and Turn properly can ´t test the electronics, as I don´t own a sample machine to test the parts, although good chances are that all is working great (most units seem to be Mint condition turning silent and really good - you can notice that most of the mechanical parts never been installed before.
