This is the DiMarzio DP212 EJ Custom Humbucking Bridge Pickup in Black.
Wiring: 4-Conductor. Magnet: Alnico 5. Output mV: 200. DC Resistance: 7.85k Ohm.
The EJ Custom was designed with Eric Johnson with the aim of making his Les Paul reissue sound more like a Gretsch Country Gentleman.
The EJ Custom, which fits as replacement for standard full-size humbuckers, has less power and much more treble response than vintage humbuckers, yielding a pickups with the treble response of single-coils but with the solid bass response of a humbucker.
The EJ Custom provides exception note definition through overdriven amps and crystalline tones when run clean.
