This is an opportunity to get a truly unique and special one-of-a-kind piece. This was built by the Martin Custom shop for Jay Jay French of Twisted Sister. Jay Jay actually send his touring pink-burst Les Paul down to the Martin factory so Martin could replicate the colors and burst side-by-side for Jay Jay’s exacting specifications. In the pictures you will see a shot of Jay Jay with his daughter, Samantha holding the guitar. This was the very first and quite possibly the only pink burst guitar produced by Martin. The back and sides are Maple and the top is Sitka Spruce. The fingerboard inlays are a very un-Martin Gibson style, harking back to Jay Jay’s Les Paul. It has Jay Jay French inlayed in the headstock. It is also signed by him on the back of the headstock. Included in this sale is a special white and pink hardshell case. It also has a special strap made by Torry Pendergrass / Red Monkey of Los Angeles. This guitar is available for viewing at our shop, New Canaan Music, located at 90 Main Street in New Canaan, CT.
