1994 Foto Flame cherry Burst Strat
Good condition for it's age. Plays really well, too. Seriously.
She's been played… A LOT. I gave her a fret dressing and relieved most of the divots. She'll need a fret job at some point but there's no buzz and I don't even notice the indents. Smooth and glassy.
- Neck is excellent - straight and true
- Fretboard shows wear but is smooth and feels great
- "Hamburgler" on the neck
- Body has typical Foto-Flame issues - cracks [which I've re-glued], dings, dent, and errors befitting a 30-year-old guitar
- Original parchment pearl pickguard was broken when I bought it so I replaced it with a Jeff Beck loaded black 3-ply [BWB]
- Fender Noiseless Jeff Back pickguard ≈ $330 value
- I have the original pickguard with the original pups - re-glued and included in the sale
- And the original tremolo back-plate with screws
- Also have a replacement parchment PG
- Tremolo STAYS IN TUNE - small cotton pad added to dampen spring noise
- Trem feels great and floats seductively
