Rare Gretsch prototype factory sample Catalina Club 5pc micro kit

This is a 5pc prototype shell pack developed during my days as Director of Product for Gretsch Drums. This configuration was never launched into the market, so this is a one-of-a-kind sample shell pack and features compact sizes. Specifications are typical Catalina Club with mahogany shells, 30-degree bearing edges and 1.6mm triple flanged hoops. Double tom holder is generic, not Gretsch, and functions very well. Tom and floor Tom brackets are prototype that aesthetically match the tom holder. All drums have Catalina Club lugs and badges.

This is shell pack only, no hardware (except what is listed below) or cymbals included. Sizes are 16x16 bass drum, 7x8 and 8x10 mounted toms, 13x13 floor tom and 5x12 snare. Hardware included: Double tom holder (with clamp for cymbal post insert), bass drum lift and floor tom legs. See last image that shows all included components.

I used this kit for rehearsals, batter drum heads will need to be replaced. All drums are in excellent condition, I know of no defects. This is an excellent sounding compact kit that can work for many styles in a wide array of settings. Very cool, one-of-a-kind kit. Please ask any questions.
