Fender Urge 1993 - Black

This is a Beautiful Fender Stu Hamm Urge bass from the early days of Fender Mexico production, when they were making some really nice instruments. This 32-inch medium scale bass is very light (7 pounds, 6 ounces). Medium scale basses are hard to find and are a very comfortable size. Comes with two active Jazz pickups. The two stack pole knobs are Volume/Pan and Bass/Treble. The two-octave 24-fret neck has a deep lower cutaway making it very comfortable to play high on the neck.

For a 31-years-old bass it's in excellent condition. Has a couple small edge marks but still looks great. Frets are in excellent shape. Really lightweight and excellent playing bass with a huge sound. These have a Kubicki preamp, which is the same one in the $2000+ USA Stu Hamm bass. You can get a lot of sounds from the active EQ.
