Audio Developments AD031 portable micro mixer with ultra linear power supply. 
Manufactured in the UK, circa 1980's. 

It has transformer based inputs and inductor based mid-eq. Has 8 inputs switchable from microphone to line level and 3 outputs with inserts on them. Each channel can be freely routed to any of the 3 outputs via L-R panning and bus output (aux). It has aux sends on each channel switchable to pre/post. 

Extensive work was done to it to bring it up to good even great working condition:
- ultra linear 24 V cc power supply with DC and HF filtering and super low noise
- replaced all old eq on/off switches to new ones wired internally (to turn the eq off you have to pull out modules) done this as usually people want EQ's on, and the old buttons are not manufactured anymore
- replaced all send pre/post switches with new metal ones, better at everything
- replaced many caps throughout the main board and the modules
- replaced some scratchy potentiometers
- all faders cleaned and re-lubed the rails
- cleaned extensively in and out

All in all a great unit with huge and deep sound that people call a poor man's Neve. 
Great for tracking or a small synth setup, anything goes. 

ATTN: does not have phantom power, that's an extra mod/module. 
Works on batteries too, battery compartment is clean, no leaks
