Original hard to find vintage fender logo from 1963. This is the first version Fender flourish logo that has a silver painted finish as opposed to the later Chrome plated finish. These logos were only used briefly for approximately 1 year. These can be found on fender piggyback amplifiers, Bassman, Bandmaster, Tremolux, Showman from the period and they were also used on the Reverb unit. These are very difficult to find nowadays and are not available as a reproductions. Observe the crosshatching on the backs from the expanded metal that the were placed on during the production process, this is how you know that it is an original part. As you can see, there are some chips in the paint from use. I have two of these available at listing that I am selling and if you are interested in the pair I will extend a discount. Does not include any mounting screws (3) Philips required.
