This grenadilla Buffet clarinet needs a complete overhaul, see pix.
Branded "Buffet Crampon A Paris" & "Made In France" on Upper tube, lower tube & Bell.
Barrel is not branded and is too small to fit on the 28mm upper tube.
No mouthpiece.
Serial number 42374 dates to about 1950 which makes it Pre-R13, so there is no model stamped on this instrument which is common with Buffet Crampon clarinets from that era.
