This listing is for a pair of original Yamaha PM1000 (the JapaNeve) input-channelstrips! Have a look at the pics.

Not selling them "as is" like many others do... If you don`t like them, return them! No risk!

For sure, with some signs of wear! Nearly 50 years old..., but in good working condition. Perfect as spare-parts/extension for your PM1000 console, and also perfect to rack them up. They are well worth the effort and there are a lot of informations in the web, how to rack them.

Until now, I built 3 dual-racks like on the last picture (the rack is not part of this listing!)

These beasts sound super sweet! The preamps are BIG and full of character, and the EQs are super usefull and musically (inductor-based). I did the "Neve-EQ-Mod" on my racks, which is pretty easy to do. Just swap 4 capacitors and you will get the great 1073 EQ-frequencies. I can give you all informations about that step. Pretty easy!

The two channels in this listing are tested, working and in absolute original estate. For sure, they will benefit from a recap (as any device, which is 5 decades old...) and the pots, switches and faders should be cleaned. After this is done and maybe after some smaller mods, these channels offer an outstanding vintage quality and sound! I am deeply impressed, and I own and heard a lot of stuff.
