*Observations: Built by luthier Tim Cloonan in Philadelphia, known for making basses for Owen Biddle of the Roots and many others, this is a great-playing, big-sounding 5 string bass. Information on CallowHill instruments is scarce, but the previous owner believes that this one was built in 2010 or 2011.

Condition is very good overall. There is significant play wear in the form of lots of scratches and scuffs on the pickguard, as well as scratches, scuffs and some small dings here and there throughout, but no missing finish anywhere. There is also a little warping of the pickguard section that secures the jack and tone controls. The Sadowsky preamp and Reed James pickups work well and sound great and playability is excellent.
