Pair (2x) Studer Series 900 Mic/Line Input channelstrips with 80dB Gain and the legendary BIG EQ plus one original Studer balancing card 1.915.904.81 and some connectors.

Excellent bundle for an all-original Studer series 900 dual-channel rack! Most times, you will find racked series 900 channels with an no-Studer electronically balanced output stage. Works, for sure. BUT with the Studer balancing unit, you will get an all original Studer sound, from the beginning to the end! All transformer balanced in finest Studer Quality. It won`t get better than this! I also include some connectors, but you will need some more.

Price is 899,00 EUR (excl. VAT).

This price is a really fair offer! Usually, for that price, you get a pair Series 900 channel with the "small" EQ and defenitly without the great balancing card, which is sold for 200-300 bucks!

Not selling it "as it is" like many others. If you don`t like it, return it! NO RISK!

ATTENTION: The only technical issues are some defect routing switches. If you want to use them in a console, you will have to replace them. (one channel with one defect switch, one channel with two defect switches). If you want to rack them up, you won`t need them!

These channelstrips come from a series 900 desk, which is the best sounding desk Studer has ever build (in the oppinion of many Studer-fans). Beside this subjective statement, these preamps sound in fact superb. 80dB of gain will be more than enough even for a very quiet ribbon-mic with very low output.
The channel-EQ is the legendary 4-band semi-parametric version (not the smaller one) and offers the additionally switchable High- and Lowcut with sweeping frequencies (have a look at the pictures). And for sure, the Line-Input is very usable in many studio/recording-situations, too.

This bundle with 2 pieces plus the balancing card is perfect for Series 900 users as "drop-in" spareparts.

Or for people who want to build up a dual Series 900 Channel-Rack. The perfect device for Front-End use in your recording environment. Racking this stuff is not too complicated as there are already many experienced people who already did that and you will find a lot of informations in the common ProAudio forums. If they should be racked, you will modify the PAN-Pot to be the output-Level pot (instead of a fader). Please watch the video! But keep in mind: With my bundle, you can build up a rack with transformer-balanced, original Studer-quality output stage. I am sure, the rack in the video is equipped with a electronically DIY output stage...
