Vintage 1950s Tung Sol 6SN7GTB black plate tube in a Selectron box. Appears to be a Tung Sol or Sylvania manufactured tube based on the construction. Tests strong on my B&K 707 tube tester. Here are the results for mutual conductance with 65 being a good tube & 90+ being NOS; 83/85 Great tube for your amplifier or hi-fi needs!
