This is a very nice and rare JEN Mister Crybaby Model 310.038 Wah & Volume Pedal made in 1970's in Italy. When the switch is not engaged the pedal works as a volume pedal. When you turn it on you have a sweet sounding wah pedal.
The pedal is used and shows some scratches and wear but is fully functional and in excellent overall condition for its age. Sounds great!
