Bobcat Special with a Mellow Yellow Distress Level 3. This is an extremely musical guitar with 2 hum bucker size P-90s. This guitar is best used for triads, open tunings and rock tones. You can easily extract ACDC, ZZ Top, Stones and Black Crowes Tones out of this guitar. The P-90s are well balanced and the wiring harness is well done, meaning the volume knob controls amount of gain with a large sweep. Tuning stability is impeccable, on par with any of Toms instruments as well as any PRS out there. Tom Anderson distressed this guitar out of the factory so all the bumps and bruises are intentional. I have an original 1954 dual P-90 that is replacing this guitar. The color Mellow Yellow is between bone white and faded yellow, the studio lights show how it may vary depending on where you are gigging or what your lighting situation is.
