The body top has two flaws: It is not perfectly flat. It has minor waves to it. There is a vertical crack from the bridge to the bottom edge 1" to the right of the center seam on the top (look at photo #5). On the back of the neck in the heel there is a hole made for a strap holder (look at photo #6).

The back of the neck has a hairline crack in the finish (directly behind the nut) and I cannot tell if it is into the wood or not. View last two photos.

I am selling a circa 1970-72 Ovation Balladeer 1121-4 acoustic guitar for a luthier repair project. The top has a long vertical finish crack on top that is into the wood.

Listed as a repair project because of the wavy top and two cracks mentioned above. I don't believe it has ever had a repair attempt done on it. No guarantees, no returns.
