St. Louis Music imported these violins from Germany in the white and finished them in the U.S. It has an ebony fingerboard and fittings. I purchased this one in the early 80s and played it very little. It is a stunning looking instrument--there are only two tiny little dings on it or else I would have said it was mint. The pickup has been upgraded to a Fishman and it has Prim strings. It sounds very natural and does not require a preamp. $300 with an old but functional case plus $20 shipping to the U.S.
