12" single layer cloth drum cover - dampener - partial mute - compare to Drum Tortillas or Big Fat Snare

Get more variety out of your 12" tom or 12" snare with this easy-on and easy-off solution for partial muting. This Bunny is made of single layer of medium-weight cotton batik. It has a nice bounce on the drum which produces light muting. I have more of this fabric if you need additional sizes.

My single-layer Bunnies do several things to the tone:

1) lower pitch of the drum

2) increase attack

3) give that "70's sound"

4) give a little practice pad feel

5) lower volume (less than the double-sided ones)

6) remove some overtones.

I make each of my Drum Bunnies individually with lots of love and attention. There is a protective stitch on the outside that prevents the fabric from fraying.

Each bunny comes with a hang loop, which has multiple functions.
