 You are looking at a older 1970's / 80's era Atlas MS-10C "Leader" microphone floor stand built in Parsippany, NJ and was the entry level model in the Atlas Corp line up. It has the modern  rounded one tier cast iron painted base with dual chrome adjustable risers. The MS-10C was a high quality, rugged build and was sold by Atlas for several decades and is still being sold today though the new ones I believe are made in China. This is the harder to find 3rd generation American model.

 Pic # 2 is from an old 1980's era Atlas catalog showing this very mic stand and it's basic characteristics. The MS-10C had a classic design and is still very popular amongst musician today. This design has been copied by several domestic and foreign companies over the decades.

 The MS-10C has the slimmer and thicker cast iron painted base that is appx 10 pounds in weight and had an adjustable height of 35 inches low to 65 inches tall giving you more than enough height to work with.

 It shows a minimum of wear but it's still in very nice overall condition and will make a great stand for just about any situation or older mic you have. These stands are very tough and made much better than most stands sold today. One of the finer examples I have seen over the years.

 The chrome on the upper riser has just lite scratches. The lower chrome riser is just as nice and the original Atlas sticker is still present and looks very good. The clutch mechanism to lower the top riser works accordingly and in great condition. The cast iron base is in pretty nice as well with no paint chips or scuff marks. It still has the original black paint.  

 The bottom of the base shows very lite rust stains. The 3 original rubber pads show almost no wear.

 This stand will accept any screw on mic or mic clip you have.

 Overall this stand is an easy 8 on a scale of 1 - 10. I'm very picky though. Others would probably find it nicer.
