Introducing The Gear Box, a novelty pedalboard accessory with a purpose, to store guitarists small, essential items. The Gear Box mounts on a pedalboard like any effect pedal and has a friendly Boss size footprint so won’t take up too much precious real estate (plus it does not require cables). Plays especially nice with Boss‘ pedalboards but will fit any brand. Examples of items to store are picks, slides, small headstock tuners, small capos (think Shubb), batteries, effects connectors, small tools and whatever else you can fit. Now these items are as easy to access as turning up the gain on your favorite overdrive pedal. Don’t want to mount it on your pedalboard? No problem, Velcro it to your amp before a gig for even easier access.

I designed and personally manufacture these on my 3D Printer and are available in the colors shown in the last photo.

You Choose:

3. Removable Cover Color - Made from multi-ply pickguard material and fasten via a neodymium magnet. See photos for current Pearloid color options and examples of color combinations. Please contact me after your purchase with your color selections. Black hardware is standard. The cover knob is a familiar style Strap Button. I do have some new round top aluminum, upon request I can swap out the black for one of these. This listing is for 1 Gear Box (plus an extra gift not pictured) and will be made to order, turn around time should be no longer than 5 days but may vary. Some of The Gear Boxes in the photos are prototypes, the final design you receive may differ slightly but only in appearance.
   Some Words of Caution:

I recommend using no more than the Velcro amount provided. Although The Gear Box is made from tough PLA filament, the nature of 3D printing is in horizontal layers. I have tested the removal of The Gear Box and I suggest you grip the box from underneath to be safe. Dig your fingers under any side with the exception of the front where the Cover Clip is positioned and gently pull up. To remove the cover, pull the strap button knob up no more than 1 inch then pull towards you. To reattach, slide it under the Cover Clip and push down. And please do not accidentally step on it.😧
