An early 60's tube tester by Heathkit. When plugged in quickly, it lit up but it needs the caps replaced and to be cleaned up. This unit did not come with the optional carrying case. A classic 60's piece. Once up and running, these units are very easy to use. The original owner added the small power strip on top.
