Exar MT-02 Metal in great condition without a box / docs. I traced one of those recently, so it a distortion circuit (KIA4558 op-amp used) with both soft (asymmetrical 3 x 1n4148 diodes) and hard clipping (symmetrical 1n4148). It has active two band EQ with High centered at 1.4kHz and Low at 95Hz. Quite good sounding distortion with buffered bypass (something similar to DOD bypass switching). Could be powered by 3.5mm DC jack (similar to vintage DOD pedals) or 9V battery.
