Physical Condition
This guitar is in great condition with only a bit of mild wear. Most notably, there are some light scuffs on the back of the body. Otherwise, there is a bit of faint dust buildup in the nooks and crannies of the bridge hardware that could use a quick cleanup during the next restring. Otherwise, there is no other cosmetic damage to make note of aside from some superficial scratches associated with normal play and use. Overall, this is a great sounding and playing guitar.
Fretwear
This guitar only has some light wear on the first few frets, but no other type of fret damage. Plays great.
Action
Action is medium low and plays great, but may need a quick tweak to your liking.

All electronics work properly and sound great.
