This flute comes to us from a large collection of a local player/collector who is downsizing their collection (and is very open to reasonable offers). Wm. S. Haynes Regular Model CL G#, Sr#17284. Made 1942 in Boston, MA and originally sold to the US Marine Corps May 26, 1942.
Solid Sterling Silver, including all joints and mechanisms. .016 body, drawn rolled tone holes, closed G# mechanism. Sterling Silver rise, lip plate, and crown.
Excellent condition, no dents or playability issues. Case included. Fully insured UPS Ground shipping is $50 within the continental US.
