Vintage 1960’s-1970’s Gibson Hardshell EB Bass Case Made in USA Yellow Gold Interior - TLC
Case is made of real wood and has EXCELSIOR USA latches. All latches and hinges work and handle is secure.
Perfect candidate for restoration. Case has and had some taped areas. The loose tape I removed so some pics may show some tape in places where others don’t. The video demo shows the case as it is now.
Case has wear all over. Front and back tolex are missing and have been recovered with the faux wood. Some slight separation in wood top / bottom will need to be reglued or taped Interior has some wear and discoloration but no overt smells. This is a vintage case however and if you are susceptible to any smells at all please purchase a new case as even the cleanest vintage cases may exhibit a “vintage” smell.
