Original 1954 Stratocaster pickup cover in polystyrene (aka "Bakelite") used only for the very first years, from 1954 to early 1957.
The remaining structure is in good condition with no cracks or repairs. The top side has been lost over the years, however it is usable because the side part protects the winding leaving visible the black base of the pickup exposed (see the photos of the cover installed on the pickguard).
In the last photo I compared the cover for sale with the cover of the same set that I sold previously, to show the position of the injection molding marks.
You can also install a repro cover on the guitar and keep the original one in the case.
