Vintage Pearl extendable mounting ratchet arm that fits on various drum racks & cymbal stands . Use it to mount your cymbal arm or add an L-rod to it and mount various accessories like (tambourine , cowbell , jam block , wood block , etc.) to your stand or drum rack . It is extendable in length so you can adjust the height on it too . The overall length can be adjusted anywhere from 12 inches up to just over 20 inches and the top ratchet section has 360 degree rotation so you can adjust it to your own position that you want your drum gear in . It comes just as you see it in the pictures .
