Alvarez 12 String Acoustic model 5037 Watch Video

Spoke to Alvarez St Louis Guitar company about this guitar. Five digit serial number guitars are no longer in any records data base. They stopped making them in around 1997. This guitar is one of the newer models 1996 to be exact.

Quick video I just put up, it's nothing special but I hope it helps. It needs new strings.

Guitar has been professionally setup and saddle in the bridge was replaced. Frets have plenty of play left. Action low with no buzzing on any fret. As you can see in the many pics I took it may have a ding or two but the integrity of this 12 string is great for the age and the fact it's a 12 string. Bridge is stable neck is straight with no humidity issues. Truss rod is adjustable. Stays in tune and intonation is good.
