Epiphone Inspired by 1964 Texan Acoustic Electric in Antique Natural

Epiphone present the Texan - the classic acoustic guitar used by legends like Paul McCartney, Peter Frampton and Noel Gallagher. The Texan retains the Advanced Jumbo Dreadnought body with larger lower bout, rounded upper bout and solid spruce top to produce a beautiful, filling tone with deeper lows and clearer mids than most dreadnoughts.

However, this new-for-2010 model also offers improvements to the saddle, as well as a pickup system - a necessity for the modern player. The built in Sonic Preamp by Shadow uses a state-of-the-art Nanoflex undersaddle pickup which senses the vibrations of the strings and the soundboard simultaneously offering a truly 'acoustic' sound. The easy access volume and tone controls are neatly mounted inside the soundhole.

The Texan model has long been a favourite for its sound, playability, and classic looks - but don't take our word for it - try one for yourself!

Not too many of this up for sale especially from early china made which is closely to a real Texan ( earlier Chinese version is the closest to a real Texan ). Unbelievable sound with affordable price, well balanced, full resonance and very comfortable to play! 100% original with no exception. Truss rod is responsive and ideally adjusted. All electronics are working very well and the guitar has been upgraded using a Fishman Pre-sys preamp w/ tuner for maximum performance. neck is straight, all screws work well ( one screw on the pegs is missing but does not affect function ), all tuners function properly. The original frets show a moderate wear ( no dead spot, buzz, etc ) but still fat, plays very great and the rest of this guitar is in excellent condition.
