The Chord DP-2 Drum Practice Pad is designed for solo practice to enhance technique and skill.
The pad can be used on a desktop or attached to a snare drum stand. It can be played with regular drum sticks of any type, depending on your preference. This pad also features a built-in metronome that provides audio instructions or spoken word beat counts via the integrated speaker or headphone output.
Each hit on the pad can be individually recognised, which provides interactive rhythm training. Time signatures and rhythm types may be selected as desired from a variety of tempo settings, which are all shown on the built-in LCD screen.
The DP-2 is powered by its internal battery, which may be recharged by USB (5V/2A) with the provided lead. This is a wonderful teaching tool for drummers of all levels.
