Up for grabs is my trusty Taylor 914ce Gloss Grand Auditorium from 2010. I’ve become a Gibson man, and I’m looking to buy one I’ve got my eye on, so I’m offering up this gorgeous piece that I’m not currently using. This is one of the most beautiful, and well crafted guitars I’ve ever owned. The gloss coat is so shiny, you’ll have to forgive the entire galaxy’s reflection in the photos, hahaha.

This guitar is in what by Reverb standards I’d call “Very Good+” condition. It’s 8.5/10 immaculate. Here’s why I won’t list it as “Excellent”- There are a few edge dings (as happens with acoustics) on the gorgeous Ebony headstock and some mild tarnishing on the gold plated tuning machines. There is also a small scratch in the topcoat of the gloss finish, around the upper bout curve. It is superficial in the gloss, and does not go into the wood at all (Pictured Last). It is completely unnoticeable, unless you’re looking for it, and does not affect the sound or playability at all. I just like to be 100% transparent. I would love to FaceTime with you to give you an in depth “tour” of this guitar, which is in amazing shape.

This guitar has the most beautiful solid Indian Rosewood back and sides on any instrument I’ve ever seen. The solid Sitka Sprice top rounds out the ultimate combination for tone and beauty. Mahogany neck with Ebony board. Ebony bridge. Gold plated tuners. All the gorgeous inlay. Guitar is X-braced for the best sound resonation possible. The Taylor ES-1 system is highly lauded, and most prefer it to the newer ES-2 preamp. Comes with the OHSC.
