This Bunny is made of single layer of medium weight batik that provides light muting and a striking visual. I absolutely love this type of fabric for tone. It preserves some resonance and has a nice "tooth" when you hit it. I can make this Bunny in other sizes.

My single-layer Bunnies do several things to the tone:

1) lower pitch of the drum

2) increase attack

3) give that "70's sound"

4) give a little practice pad feel

5) lower volume (less than the double-sided ones)

6) remove some overtones.

I make each of my Drum Bunnies individually with lots of love and attention. There is a protective stitch on the outside that prevents the fabric from fraying.

Each bunny comes with a hang loop, which has multiple functions.
