Description
The Epiphone Les Paul Special-I limited-edition electric guitar delivers massive tone and slick style. This limited-edition version of Epiphone's best-selling model is now available with a choice of distressed "worn" finishes, including Pelham Blue, Black, Cherry and Gray. Whether you're a beginner looking to emulate your rock idols or a seasoned pro needing a reliable backup, the Special-I serves up real Les Paul sound and feel at a price that can't be beat.
Powerful Pickups Provide Legendary LP Sound
The Special-I is armed with a pair of open-coil Epiphone humbucking pickups—a 700T in the bridge and 650R in the neck—that provide the unmistakable tone of a Les Paul. Roll back the tone for a warm, bluesy sound or crank it up for hard rock grit. A three-way toggle switch lets you select the neck pickup alone, the bridge pickup alone or a combination of both.
Comfortable Neck and Lightweight Body
The Special-I's bolt-on neck is made of mahogany and features a slim '60s-inspired profile with a 21-fret rosewood fingerboard, making it comfortable for players with smaller hands or those just learning. The double-cutaway basswood body, a wood known for its balanced and articulate tone, is contoured for playing comfort and reduces weight, ideal for long practice or performance sessions.
Roadworthy and Stage-Ready
Everything about the Special-I is built to withstand the rigors of practice, rehearsal and performance. Its nickel-plated hardware includes Epiphone's rock-solid, non-rotating heavy-duty output jack and a tune-o-matic bridge with stopbar tailpiece for stable intonation and sustain. Covered 14:1 die-cast tuners help keep this guitar in tune through whatever you throw at it.
An Unbeatable Value
With premium pickups, comfortable neck and rock-solid hardware, the Epiphone Les Paul Special-I Limited-Edition Electric Guitar punches well above its weight class. This is a stellar, gig-worthy Les Paul that delivers real deal tone and playability at an unbeatable price.

What is “-Cashified-”? You say.
I’m Glad you asked:
Most “Strats” and “Teles” come with boring white pickguards, pickup covers, knobs and selector switch-tip.
With my guitars, the original pickguard gets replaced with one that is more eye-popping, and the pickup covers, knobs and selector switch-tip get changed to either chrome or black. Some people prefer black tuning knobs instead of chrome ones.
I also have some guitars labeled "Cashner"..These are unbranded guitars that I buy, "Cashify" and then resell. Folks seem to like them, see for yourself.
