The body of the instrument, which is made of solid maple, is made of the same material as the neck with an ebonized wood fingerboard. A piezoelectric pickup is hidden under the neck. From it, the signal goes to the active electronics, and in the preamplifier, besides the obligatory Volume control, there is also a Bass potentiometer for adjusting the equalization of the sound.
