Replacement pickguard for Silvertone 1443 Hornet Bass by Danelectro 1960s

Do you need a replacement pickguard for a late 60s Danelectro made Silvertone 1443 bass?

Here it is!

This is a replacement pickguard we cut to order in our shop from a variety of materials and colors to fit the 1443 Hornet bass.

This pickguard can be used with, or without the original chrome trim rings. The stock pickguard had a wider cut underneath. Ours has the same cut as the rings.

We can omit the holes for the tug-bar, and can cut this to fit other pickups and controls.

We are able to cut this pickguard from many different colors. Shown is 5 ply black/cream/black/cream/black, cut with a wide bevel. The cream bands look lighter in the photos than to the eye. This is a pretty good alternative to tortoise. Currently there isn't a tortoise material available that looks like the original, though we do have a few different tortoise materials to choose from.

This is a large pickguard. Pearloid and particularly, tortoise material, will be expensive options. The listing is priced for a 5 ply or 3 ply black or similar basic color. Ask if you want pricing on tortoise or other colors.
