Its graphite-reinforced bolt-on maple neck boasts a sculpted shredder’s cut heel for complete access to its upper frets, while its fast-playing ebony compound-radius fingerboard provides the ideal platform for heavy riffing and high-speed soloing. The JB humbucker in the bridge position — a favorite of many guitarists here at Sweetwater — is a high-output pickup with a midrange bump that cuts through a lot of distortion and a loud band.
