Hello there people from the internets! Up for sale is a 2010 Charvel Pro Mod San Dimas Limited Edition Wild Card #5 in the Molten Crust Burst finish. A rare MIJ Charvel, the Wild Card #5 is part of Charvel's Production-Mod Series. It is jam-packed with high-performance specs and mods. The 25-1/2" scale alder body is crafted into the ultra-comfortable San Dimas shape and is mated to a one-piece quartersawn maple neck. The compound radius (12"-16") fretboard is fleet and sweet for chording on the low end and extreme bending in the upper range of its 22 jumbo frets. The Wild Card is powered by a Seymour Duncan "JB" TB4 bridge humbucker and 2 Seymour Duncan "Classic Stack" STK4 pickups in the middle and neck. Just as Eddie established in the '80s, all you need is a volume knob to control this beast. Grover Mini Rotomatics tuners and Floyd Rose FRTO2000 double-locking tremolo maintain rock-solid tuning even after the most vigorous whammy-workout. The molded, rectangular SKB hardshell case with TSA-approved latches is ready to handle the rigors of the road (or the air).
As you can see in the photos and video, the guitar is in excellent condition with no heavy scrathes or dings (some light picking micro scatches on the body but apart from that it is in great shape). The neck is straight and the truss rod works (turn both ways). The electronics are the original ones and they work properly. The frets show some minor wear but they have been crowned, levelled and polished to a mirror finish. The guitar has just been setup to my liking with D'Addarios 10-46. The guitar feels, sounds and plays amazing.
It will be professionally packed and shipped by carrier (UPS or DPD) in the original CHARVEL hardshell case pictured in the last photo with all the case candy.
