The exterior of the handle on the case is disintegrating but very functional, and there are scuffs and other blemishes on the case. The handle can be replaced with rope or other suitable option.

Note that these instruments may have very minor cosmetic blemishes. Please buy with that understanding.

Handling time is 1 DAY for items in our store inventory. For items that are not in our own store inventory (MOST ITEMS THAT ARE ADVERTISED AS “STOCK LISTINGS”), handling time before shipping is usually 2 or 3 days but sometimes up to 5 days.

As per our shipping policy, for larger items, we use UPS or FedEx.
Instrument purchases need to have the buyer’s physical address as the ship-to (UPS and FedEx do NOT deliver to PO Boxes).
Buyers can request a quote for the additional shipping cost, in cases where USPS is preferred or an only option for the buyer.

Our official hours of operation are 10:00 am to 9:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Friday and Saturday Eastern Standard Time. We are closed Sundays. Our regular shipping days are Monday through Friday.
