Siren Thinline Acoustic/Electric Custom late 90's

This is a unique custom crafted acoustic thinline guitar by the head luthier of Siren Acoustic Guitars in Londonderry, NH. This is the #2 prototype of their undeveloped Thinline performance guitars. I have owned this guitar for 20 years, bought directly from the head luthier. I have enjoyed this guitar immensely, but no longer play it as much as it deserves. I do not want to sell it, but have other projects. Siren guitars have a unique bridge and headstock. Siren guitars have "zero-fret" technology. It has a Maple neck with rosewood fretboard, and corian inlays. The top is made of a unique 2 piece design, no laminate all solid. Crossbraced inside. This is a Thinline acoustic which is meant to play like an electric guitar, sound like a Jumbo guitar, and was bred specifically for open-mics and acoustic performance. It has both an active Fishman pickup under the bridge and a phantom powered mini mic mounted inside the body. It has grover tuners and a custom red finish (#1 prototype was blue). The top is composed of two different types of wood, to help high strings and low strings resonate wonderfully. This guitar has no playing defects and has just been professionally set up and worked on including a fret level RW / ebony, and re-shim and align neck in pocket. The neck pocket has evidence of it being a prototype, where the pocket does not exactly fit the neck. I dropped this guitar once during a live set, and it shows the damage on the bottom of the body. I had the missing piece for a while, but it is long gone. Strap locks forever! It comes in it's original Everest well worn case. This guitar was lightly gigged, and mostly lived in a non-smoking studio. The guitar sings from deep within, and conjures magic which can be easily felt and heard when played. The action is terrific and it is like playing an electric. You will NEVER find another one of these guitars, and their new guitar custom orders start around $3,500.
