C G Conn Alto saxophone, serial number M143967L, 1924(?), nickel plated with relatively new pads in very good condition..  It has a working screw neck for adjusting the mouth piece if desired.  There are no markings, suggesting that it is the model before Chu Berry. The plating is intact except where it is worn off on the thumb rest, the octave key, left palm keys and the right side Bb flat key.   The bow has dents that are visible – see picture. The dents do not affect the play ability of the horn. The bell has two very small round dents. The tone holes are rolled. The horn  was repadded about 10 years ago.  The pads are in excellent condition.  The horn was adjusted a year ago.  Since then it hasn’t been played, it may need some adjustment.  It is  setup to be played.  The nickel plating could use a little cleaning.  It has tempered needle springs. New case.  Questions?  I have the horn, you have a mouthpiece – let’s make a deal.
