The coveted 12-2 versions are the studio XLR versions with better electronics, opposed to the wired dictaphone style 82A’s that had to either converted or used with an adapter.
These sound amazing and will not disappoint on any source you throw at them from guitar amps to vocals to drums. Most higher end Lomos were pretty good and some were flat out great. These are a flagship Lomo product from their golden years of manufacturing. Use anywhere you’d use an sm57 or 58 and expect better results. They have a full frequency response and yield both highs and lows very well. Comes with original black round foam windscreens too. Thanks for looking
