Loud Bluesy hollow body in very nice vintage condition from the 60’s a real make a statement player when you pull it out . Is it perfect No is it a great player ? Yes . The Japanese made great guitars in the 60’s and it will make a great everyday player or a beautiful wall piece I have used it for both. Downsizing my wall collection. Comes with a pick guard . Nice set up and new strings ready to play . Ask any questions . I put all the other nonsense in the description for you so you can see the history . Fujigen was the largest guitar producer in Japan from the mid 1960s into the 1980s and produced over 40 brands of guitars (Kent, Greco, Domino, Sekova, St. George, Ibanez, Yamaha, to name a few, and even Fender in the 1980s!) and probably designed and manufactured 100s of different models! From my research, this particular model guitar carried at least a half dozen different brand headstock “badges” depending on the importer. Apparently the “Pyramid” brand was sold almost exclusively in Canada circa 1965 to 1970 in retail stores such as “Miracle Mart” as well as other small “Mom & Pop” stores that wanted to get in on the 1960s guitar boom
