The SymProceed SP-MP500 is an ultra-transparent 500 Series microphones preamp that provides up to +66 dB gain and is designed to be used with most professional microphones. Because of its ultra natural amplification it is the perfect complement to the tonal characteristics of both tube condenser and ribbon microphones.
Each component of the SP-MP500 is selected for high-speed transient characteristics that capture performance dynamics from pianissimo to fortissimo without missing the rise of the sound or muddying the reverberations. The frequency response is transparent from ultra-low frequencies to overtones.
Additionally, the SP-MP500 uses Muse capacitors which have an established reputation in the audio. The beautifully machined aluminum panel manufactured by Iriso features a large gain selector for intuitive operation.
