Here's the grail piece missing from your mastering chain and/or program bus. The Tube-Tech 2BM SMC Mastering Multi-Band Compressor.
This one is special. It's been used on Chainsmokers songs. I also found myself using it when working analog to recreate some in the box workflows. You can boost a specific band and cut the others to perfectly dial in the attack/sustain and how it's affecting that bands energy and the interaction of the compression with the music.
This unit was serviced by Transaudio Group in Las Vegas (the only authorized tube-tech service provider in the US) to balance the channels after upgrading the tubes and check all component values.
Sad to let this one go but I've adopted a minimal bus processing flow when mixing and making room for some EQP-1s in the rack.
